The fruit flavor will blend with the water, giving it a refreshing taste that you’ll enjoy. You can add fruit straight to your regular water bottle or you can purchase an infusion water bottle.
3. Use your phone
Your phone can help you drink more water in several ways. You can set alarms to remind you to drink water, so you can make sure you’re drinking water throughout the day. You can also download apps to track how much water you’re drinking, such as Water Alert on iOS or Hydro Coach on Android.
