
You can put together your own bodyweight workout with the help of a new clickable chart from Stack 52. The interactive chart, which can be found on the Stack 52 site, lists different bodyweight workouts by their difficulty level. To learn how to do each exercise, click on the individual exercise’s thumbnail and it’ll take you to a video showing you how to properly do that exercise.
The listed levels are Easy, Medium, Hard and Insane so the chart was a workout for you no matter what your activity level.
