Denny’s is recognizing veterans and other military personnel for their service with a free Build Your Own Grand Slam on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, from 5 a.m. to noon.
Active, inactive and retired military personnel can present their valid military ID at participating Denny’s locations to receive a free Build Your Own Grand Slam. The customizable meal includes four options such as buttermilk or wheat pancakes, eggs cooked to order, bacon strips, seasonal fruit or hash browns.
“As America’s Diner, it is important for us to thank and pay respect to those who served our country and give back to those who have given so much for us,” said John Dillon, chief marketing officer for Denny’s, in a news release.
