Ryder System, Inc. was named the 2015 Trucking Company of the Year at the 2015 Southwest and Midcontinent Oil and Gas Awards.
The awards program recognizes organizations that are leaders in their areas of expertise and support the oil and gas industry, according to a Dec. 3 news release. The Trucking Company of the Year Award was presented by Kenworth.
Steve Martin, Ryder’s vice president of operations and general manager of oil and gas, said the company offers solutions to help oil and gas companies improve their efficiency while lowering cost and focusing on the health and safety of operations.
