National Tank Truck Carriers has started the search for its 2017 Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year. The application is available online and will be accepted until Nov. 18.
The Grand Champion will be announced May 1 at NTTC’s annual conference in Chicago.
The winner receives a trophy, honorary jacket, commemorative ring, two golf shirts and a $2,500 donation to a safety-related organization made on their behalf from the NTTC. The winning company receives a traveling trophy to keep for the year.
Any full-time professional driver who has driven for an NTTC carrier member or fleet associate for three consecutive years is eligible to apply. Carrier members and fleet associates may nominate up to two candidates.
