Michael Miltenberger, a driver for Pitt Ohio Express, won the title for his second time.
Miltenberger and the seven other first place winners in each class, excluding mixer and dump, advance to the American Trucking Associations‘ National Truck Driving Championships in Orlando, Florida, Aug. 9-12.
