Custom trucks compete in the Super Truck Beauty Contest each year at the Walcott Truckers Jamboree.The 38th Annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree will take over the Iowa 80 truck stop in Walcott, Iowa, July 13-15. The truck show started in 1979 and has become a yearly favorite in the trucking community. This year 44,000 people are expected to attend the jamboree.
The jamboree will have over 175 exhibits, the Super Trucks Beauty Contest, an antique truck display, carnival games, live country music from Mary Sarah, Collin Raye and Tony Justice, firework and a pork chop cookout.
Admission is free and free parking will be available. The concerts are also free and no ticket is needed.
