The St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund (SCF) is selling shirts in memory of Jim Johnston, the late president and CEO of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association. Proceeds and donations made from sales of the shirts benefit SCF.

The front of the shirts picture Johnston standing next to a truck with the OOIDA emblem and the the text, “Jim’s Day / July 23,” a reference to Johnston’s birthday. The back of the shirts has the SCF logo.

The black shirts are made of cotton. They are available in sizes YXS – XXXXL for $20 per shirt. SCF’s goal is to sell 150 shirts within the next 14 days. Orders will be delivered two weeks after the fundraising campaign closes.

“Jim will be remembered as a true advocate for truck drivers. Part of his advocacy was in support of the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund,” said SCF on the campaign’s page. “Jim helped keep SCF’s doors open twice in our early days, has donated additional thousands since then, and he became the largest sponsor of our vaccine program.”

SCF is also asking for donations in honor of Johnston on July 23 in addition to the t-shirt sales.

The shirts are available for purchase online here.
