Santos also won first place in the 4-Axle class and tied for first place in the written test category.
Kevin Robinson, a driver for Publix Super Markets, was named Rookie of the Year.
The annual competition was held June 7-9 in Daytona Beach. It was organized by the Florida Trucking Association.
