Bridge inspections will require lane and shoulder closures along I-95 NB/SB in Delaware this Friday, Oct. 5, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation.
The closures will affect bridges over CSX Railroad on I-95 NB/SB between Exit 8/US 202 and Exit 9/Marsh Road from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The northbound right lane and shoulder will close first for the inspection and afterward, inspectors will close the southbound right lane and shoulder. DelDOT warns that bridge personnel and equipment will be operating close to travel lanes during the inspection. Drivers should anticipate lane shifts.
