Pilot Flying J this week announced it has opened four new travel centers. Three are in the West Texas Permian Basin and the company said it will open three more later this year. PFJ has also opened a new location in California.
Combined, the new truck stops provide 338 new truck parking spaces.

The new California location, in Tulare in the central part of the state, offers:
- 138 truck parking spaces
- nine diesel lanes
- PJ Fresh, Wendy’s and Cinnabon restaurants
- Western Union
- CAT Scale
In June, PFJ opened a new Flying J in Kermit, Texas, and new Pilot Travel Centers in Monahans, Texas, and Midland, Texas. The other three Permian Basin locations to open later this year will be in Odessa, Midland, and Andrews.

The new Kermit location offers:
- 81 truck parking spaces
- eight diesel lanes
- eight showers
- PJ Fresh and Dunkin’ Express restaurants
- Driver’s Lounge
- CAT scale
- Western Union

The new Midland store has:
- 40 truck parking spaces
- seven diesel lanes
- five showers
- PJ Fresh and Dunkin’ Express restaurants
- Public laundry
- CAT scale
- Western Union
The new Monahans location includes:
- 79 truck parking spaces
- seven diesel lanes
- five showers
- Dunkin’ Express, Mama Deluca’s and Subway restaurants
- CAT scale
- Western Union
There are now more than 750 Pilot an Flying J locations in North America.
