The driver of a tractor-trailer had to climb atop his cab this morning when the rig was partially submerged in flood waters in Pittston Township just north of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Also caught in the flooding was a Kia. No injuries were reported according to WNEP-TV. The trucker is said to have driven through standing water and had to be rescued.
