Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores recently opened new stores in two locations, creating 201 new truck parking spaces.

The two new locations are in Sauget, Illinois, and Watertown Township, Michigan.

The Sauget store, located off Interstate 255, features:

  • Chester’s Chicken, which is temporarily closed
  • Godfather’s Pizza
  • Subway
  • 85 truck parking spaces
  • Nine diesel bays
  • Seven showers
  • Laundry facilities
  • Fresh Kitchen, which is temporarily closed
  • Mobile to Go Zone with the latest electronics
  • CAT scale

The new Love’s, located off Interstates 69 and 96 in Watertown Township, Michigan, has:

  • Hardee’s
  • Subway
  • 116 truck parking spaces
  • Seven diesel bays
  • Nine showers
  • Laundry facilities
  • Fresh Kitchen
  • Mobile to Go Zone with the latest electronics
  • CAT scale
  • Love’s Truck Care with Speedco on-site

In related news, Love’s extended a $2 per hour pay increase; temporary sick pay related to COVID-19 and free employee meals for all hourly store employees through May 12.

Last month, all hourly store employees received a $100 bonus; a $2/hour pay increase; additional paid sick time in situations related to COVID-19 and free employee meals.
