Hirschbach Motor Lines announced an expansion with the recent acquisition of Eagan, Minnesota-based Lessors, Inc.

This acquisition will allow Hirschbach to expand their freight capacity and offer additional services to their customers, according to a statement from Hirschbach, a refrigerated/temperature control specialist with a current driver/operator base of 2,200. The company is expected to exceed 2,400 after the integration with Lessors.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Our customers on both our OTR and Dedicated divisions are asking us for more capacity; the Lessors acquisition will allow us to fill many of those requests,” said Brad Pinchuk, CEO/Owner of Hirschbach. “We’re very excited to welcome the Lessor drivers along with their mechanics and office staff to the Hirschbach family. It’s an organization I’ve admired for decades.”
