FMCSA sets Jan. 18 for next meeting of its Truck Leasing Task Force

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will hold a meeting of its Truck Leasing Task Force (TLTF) at 10 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, Jan. 18.

This virtual meeting is open to the public, and pre-registration is required. You can register online at the FMCSA website.

Established by the Secretary of Transportation in 2022, the task force is charged with examining the terms, conditions, and equitability of common truck leasing arrangements, particularly as they impact owner-operators and trucking businesses subject to such agreements.
