Cargo thefts continue to plague truckers who are trying to make deliveries in Philadelphia.
At about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, cargo crooks made off with some $15,000 worth of frozen beef from a parked tractor-trailer as the driver slept.
Police told WPVI-TV they believe the suspects are part of a crime ring responsible for similar robberies dating back to last year.
The truck is owned by Bradway Trucking of Vineland, New Jersey.
