There’s no denying it, summer is salad season.
Gardens are coming on strong, farmers markets seem to be cropping up everywhere and fruits and vegetables in grocery stores and travel centers are more likely to be fresh and local. This means you don’t have to settle for a few limp greens and red things you suspect may have, at one time, been a cherry tomato.
