On Monday Nov. 27, about 4:30 a.m. the truck driver hauling 25 tons of hay on I-5 in Portland, Orego lost control on the bridge near the I-84 ramp and went over. Watch closely and you’ll see a vehicle pass and then pull in front of the truck just before it rolls over. The truck’s driver was not seriously injured.
