Folks on a Houston area freeway Thursday had to make way for a large reel of some sort cable that appears to have broken free and rolled down the highway. There were no reports of injuries or what freed the spool from its moorings. We suppose it could have been worse. At least it was not a light aircraft landing on the freeway.
