More than 180 new truck parking spaces have been created by the opening today of two new Love’s travel centers, one in Texas and the other in Illinois.
The new Love’s locations are off U.S. Highway 34 in Monmouth, Illinois, and off Texas Highway 302 in Kermit, Texas.
New Love’s in Monmouth, Illinois has 87 truck parking spaces
The Illinois location has:
- More than 12,000 square feet
- Chester’s Chicken
- Godfather’s Pizza
- 87 truck parking spaces
- Four diesel bays
- Six showers
- Laundry facilities
- Fresh Kitchen concept
- Mobile to Go Zone for electronics
- CAT scale
- Dog park
The new store in Texas has:
- More than 11,000 square feet
- Chester’s Chicken
- McDonald’s
- 99 truck parking spaces
- Eight showers
- Eight diesel bays
- Laundry facilities
- Fresh Kitchen concept
- Mobile to Go Zone for electronics
- CAT scale
Both locations are open 24/7.
“Opening our 23rd location in Illinois and our 75th location in Texas is something we’re excited about,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s. “These new stores will give professional truck drivers and four-wheel customers additional locations they can stop at to get the fresh coffee, food, snacks, amenities, and outstanding customer service they’re used to getting at Love’s.”
