Wire is this going?

It appears this large spool of wire fell of a truck on Route 40 near Uniontown in southwestern Pennsylvania Wednesday, Jan. 4. It rolled down the highway, forcing oncoming motorists to swerve out of its way. It finally hit a guard rail and the media before finally stopping.
