Tanker carrying paint topples south of St. Louis

Authorities today are investigating an accident in which a tanker said to be carrying 43,000 pounds of latex paint overturned in Jefferson County, Missouri southwest of St. Louis. The mishap occurred at about 9:30 this morning near Old Highway M at Kneff Road, according to FOX News.
