Some 70 vehicles, including numerous tractor-trailers, were involved in a massive pileup on a windswept Highway 400 in Barrie, Ontario, Canada north of Toronto Monday, Feb. 25. There were numerous minor injuries reported. The incident occurred in a whiteout in the southbound lanes and closed the highway for several hours.
