Just how windy was it in the past couple of days in Texas, New Mexico and elsewhere? This windy. Dash cams captured two trucks being blown over by high winds near Amarillo. Winds were reported between 50 and 70 mph and toppled several tractor-trailers, RVs and the wind was a contributing factor when a train was blown off the tracks in New Mexico.
