At first, we thought this might be a serious compilation of dashcam videos capturing highway hijinks. But, once we got into it, it seemed as though it might be a report by Borat Sagdiyev, the character of a fake Kazakhstan journalist created by Sacha Baron Cohen. Whatever it is, it contains some of the stranger highway behavior we’ve seen and easily the most bizarre commentary ever recorded. Enjoy … if possible.
