Somewhere in the 1950s, kids could run their own trucking companies thanks to the generous makers of Post Grape-Nut Flakes.

This vintage commercial details how boxes of that breakfast cereal contained tractor-trailer models: a Ford tractor and one of five different Fruehauf trailers. Kids could, of course, “collect them and trade them.”

When you were a kid, did you eat Post Grape-Nut Flakes just so you could get the tractor-trailer inside? And, have you ever wanted to wear a snappy uniform like the trucker in this commercial?
