Colorado lawmakers debate punishment for driving without valid CDL

A Colorado lawmaker has introduced legislation that would make driving without a valid CDL a traffic violation and not a misdemeanor as it is now. Five people died in Weld County, Colorado last year when they were hit by an unlicensed trucker. Their family argues the punishment should be greater than a small fine.
