Four women earlier this week filed a lawsuit in the 2nd District Court in Bernalillo County accusing a former Commercial Driver’s License examiner employed by New Mexico State University in Las Vegas, New Mexico, of sexually assaulting them while overseeing their road tests and certifications.

The lawsuit claims the examiner performed "nonconsensual acts" on the women while on the road in the truck. It further says the examiner threatened to interfere in their certifications if they didn’t participate.
