This Tennessee Department of Transportation video shows a tractor-trailer in the middle lane quickly moving across traffic to use a runoff ramp on eastbound Interstate 24 in Marion, Tennessee.
The video also captures a small red car next to the tractor-trailer also exiting the interstate next to the truck.
The video was recorded at around 7:20 a.m. on Feb. 24, at mile marker 139.
