Fire destroyed the Pilot Fling J truck stop in Anthony, Texas late last week.
Fire officials suspect the fire started in the kitchen of the Denny's restaurant Friday morning, March 21.
No injuries were reported, and the structure is believed to be a total loss.
Anthony is located in the northwest corner of the state near the New Mexico state line about 21 miles northwest of El Paso.
