Some 250 million honeybees were spilled when a tract-trailer overturned in northwest Washington near the Canadian border late last week.
The spill occurred at about 4 a.m. Friday, May 30.
Some 14 million bees are said to have not been retrieved.
About two dozen beekeepers responded to help collect the bees.
The truck's driver was uninjured.
