Crooks make off with frozen beef in latest cargo theft in Philadelphia

Yet another cargo theft occurred earlier this week in Philadelphia.

The driver of a tractor-trailer told police he noticed the rear lock was missing, along with 10-and-a-half pallets of frozen beef.

The theft occurred Tuesday, May 27, in 400 block of Warfield Street in Grays Ferry.

Police continue their investigation into the latest of a string of cargo thefts in Philadelphia dating back to the middle of 2024.
