Expedite Expo, to be held July 24 and 25 in at the Roberts Convention Center in Wilmington, Ohio, is the only trade event focused exclusively on the expedited trucking industry.
Expedite Expo is July 24 & 25 in Wilmington, OhioLaunched in 2001, expo has experienced a steady growth in exhibitors and attendees from across the U.S. and Canada, and offers the opportunity to learn about the newest trucks, career opportunities and products geared specifically to owner operators and drivers of medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
The expo includes several workshops led by industry experts on how to spec a truck, choose the right carrier, reduce costs, improve profits and save time. It is also meant to be an opportunity for folks to network and exchange ideas and compare notes.
Here’s what’s happening at Expedite Expo
All-New Pre-Trip Challenge Sponsored by TravelCenters of America (TA)
If you operate a commercial vehicle, you need to perform a pre-trip inspection to ensure the truck is safe to drive. So, how good are you at spotting potential issues on your truck? Take the Pre-Trip Challenge and test your knowledge. Score 100-percent and receive a gift from TA. Pre-Trip Challenges are scheduled for both show days at 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm, at booth #A4.
All-New Sessions On the Floor
This year, two booths will be offering informational sessions on the show floor. At booth #A5, TA will offer three “Let’s Get Technical” sessions each day at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. These sessions will provide you tips and advice on engine oil, filtration and tires. Stoops Specialty Trucks at booth #251 will offer sessions twice a day at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on “Getting the Most Out of Your New Automated Transmission and Engine.”

Driver-Sponsored BBQ
Immediately following the close of the expo at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, there will be a ExpeditersOnline.com driver-sponsored BBQ dinner with proceeds donated to St. Christopher’s Fund. Porky’s Pickle BBQ Catering will discuss the history of BBQ in America and serve samples.
