Get ready to lose a precious hour of sleep this weekend.
Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday. For most Americans, that means “springing forward” by advancing their clocks an hour at 2 a.m. making it 3 a.m. But, most folks will set their clocks ahead at bedtime Saturday.
Luckily, smartphones and computers will make the change for you.
However, folks living in Arizona and Hawaii will not make the change. Those two states opted out of Daylight Saving Time in the past.
Keep in mind that we will “fall back” Nov. 3.
