JNJ Express, a family-owned carrier based in Memphis, Tennessee, is turning an old shopping plaza into its new headquarters and adding over 600 new jobs in the next five years. With Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee on hand, the company broke ground for the $20.5 million, 150,000-square-foot facility. Many of those new jobs will be drivers, who will earn about $70,000. The company also plans to spend some $63 million on new trucks. JNJ has about 500 trucks on the road today.
