This chicken lasagna is perfect in a slow cooker

If you’re tired of standard lasagna, try this slow cooker Betty Crocker recipe. This recipe combines chicken, broccoli and different cheeses to bring a lot of flavor to your slow cooker.

This recipe has an estimated 20 minutes of prep time and roughly 3-4 hours of cook time. It creates 10 servings with about 390 calories per serving.

Betty Crocker Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Lasagna Recipe


  • 1 bag (12 ounces) Green Giant Steamers Select frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup 
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese


  • Cook and drain broccoli. In a large bowl, mix chicken, 2 cups of the cheese blend, pepper, both soups, sour cream, broccoli and mushrooms.
  • Spray your 5-quart slow cooker with a cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the slow cooker. Layer with 3 of the uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/4 of the chicken mixture and 1/2 cup of the cheese blend. Repeat the layers twice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on the Low heat setting for 3 hours 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
