Betty Crocker Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag (12 ounces) Green Giant Steamers Select frozen broccoli florets
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 package (8 ounces) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook and drain broccoli. In a large bowl, mix chicken, 2 cups of the cheese blend, pepper, both soups, sour cream, broccoli and mushrooms.
- Spray your 5-quart slow cooker with a cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the slow cooker. Layer with 3 of the uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/4 of the chicken mixture and 1/2 cup of the cheese blend. Repeat the layers twice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on the Low heat setting for 3 hours 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
