Love’s plans to open a Best Western Plus hotel next year adjacent to its new Travel Stop on in Muscle Shoals, Ala.
Construction is expected to begin in the spring, and the hotel could be open by the end of 2015.
The company says the 68-room hotel will have a business center, high-speed Internet and an indoor swimming pool.
The new travel stop opened late last month with 76 truck parking spaces.
Love’s has 10 locations in Alabama and 330 in 39 states. Forbes magazine ranks it the 13th largest private company in the U.S.
