Parker Hannifin, a manufacturer of motion and control technologies, measured carriers on the results of an annual customer service survey taken by representatives from each of the company’s North America locations. The carriers were evaluated in several areas, including on-time service, claims performance, continuous improvement participation, billing accuracy and customer service.
This year, Holland, which is located in Holland, Mich., was also awarded carrier awards from BNSF, Toyota, Echo Global Logistics, GlobalTranz, M33, Vehicle Service Group and Transplace, according to the company’s awards page.
