Emergency declarations extended in several states

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has extended several emergency declarations in response to natural disasters. They include those in the states of:

  • Texas due to ongoing emergency conditions resulting from Hurricane Harvey and requiring the immediate transportation of supplies, equipment and relief personnel.
  • Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota due to continuing extreme drought conditions requiring the immediate transportation of hay, feed, livestock, supplies and equipment.
