This tractor-trailer’s roof was one of many victims of Friday’s winter storm that spread over much of the Northeast. The Sullivan County government’s Facebook sys the roof was “ripped off and the trailer nearly split in half by a low hanging phone wire on (County Route) 71, Ferndale Road around 11 a.m.” Friday. Sullivan County is located in southeast New York state and borders Pennsylvania.
