One person is dead and another is presumed to be missing after a tractor-trailer plunged off Interstate 90/94 and into a lake in central Wisconsin Sunday morning.
Numerous media reports say police found a damaged guardrail on eastbound I-90-94 near mile marker 91 north of the Mirror Lake bridge at about 7:30 a.m. They then found the tractor-trailer submerged in the lake.
