A member of the California Highway Patrol Saturday saw a pickup truck on State Route 50 in the Sacramento area with, well, let’s call it a capacity issue. It seems the driver had an opinion different from the officer’s as to how much is too much when it comes to bags filled with deposit bottles and cans. The officer’s Twitter post explains what happened.
