The Truckload Carriers Association begins accepting applications May 1 for its annual scholarship for students connected to the trucking industry.
The TCA Scholarship Fund awards up to $6,250 per year, per full-time college student. Students in good standing (minimum 3.0 grade point average) who will be attending an accredited, four-year college or university as an undergraduate who are either the child, grandchild, or spouse of an employee or an employee of a TCA member or are the child, grandchild, or spouse of an independent contractor or an independent contractor affiliated with a TCA member are encouraged to apply.
The TCA Scholarship Fund awarded scholarships to over 50 students 2018-2019, totaling over $150,000.
