The opening of three new convenience stores this week will add 120 new truck parking spaces in Ohio.
Sheetz, a major Mid-Atlantic restaurant and convenience chain, will open three new stores that offer diesel fuel lanes and free overnight parking for tractor-trailers.
The first store, which opens on Thursday, will be located at 701 Friendship Dr, New Concord, Ohio. It will include:
- Seven lanes that offer high-flow diesel fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for trucks
- 29 free parking spaces available for overnight parking to truckers
- Access for truck drivers from I-70 using exit 169
Sheetz’s second store opening will be at 1301 S Bailey Rd. North Jackson, Ohio, opening to the public on Saturday. This location includes:
- Five lanes that offer high-flow diesel fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
- 59 free parking spaces available for overnight parking to truckers
- Access for truck drivers from I-70 via exit 57
Also opening on Saturday, Sheetz’s final store will be located at 4700 S Charleston Pike, Springfield, Ohio, where the company will offer:
- Eight lanes that offer high-flow diesel fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
- 32 free parking spaces also available for overnight parking to truckers.
- Access from I-70 on exit 59
Once these three locations open, Sheetz will have 40 locations across Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland that offer truck diesel fuel lanes. Customers can check if other Sheetz locations sell high-flow diesel fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) through the Sheetz mobile app or website, by filtering “truck diesel” and/or “Bulk DEF.”
