Enrollment is open for the Truckload Carriers Association's new Elite Fleet Program.
This certification program was created in partnership with the University of Denver’s Transportation and Supply Chain Institute. According to TCA, its aim is to spotlight and honor those North American for-hire carriers that offer best-in-class work environments, competitive compensation, and innovative practices for their drivers.
TCA said evaluations are based on company data and driver programs, including metrics on safety, operations, compensation, benefits, quality of life, and technology. Surveys completed by drivers and independent contractors will help validate these factors.
The program is open to all TCA for-hire carrier members
Enrollment closes Oct. 18.
Certified fleets will be announced Jan. 22, and honored at TCA’s 2025 convention March 15-18 in Phoenix, Arizona
