If you grow tired of bodyweight exercises but want to continue building strength, you can switch things up by adding dumbbells to your routine.
If you are unsure of what weight dumbbells you should use, now your limits in the beginning and get a weight with which you’re comfortable. As you build strength you can purchase a heavier set if you wish.
