Truck stop employee saves driver’s life

Updated Apr 17, 2019

Tommy Robinson, a truck driver, was grabbing a bite at the Love’s in Union City, Oklahoma last week when he almost died. Robinson was choking on a piece of a cheeseburger but was lucky enough to attract the attention of Ticresha Cox, a Love’s employee on the job for just two weeks. She performed the Heimlich maneuver on Robinson, and her heroics were caught on the store’s cameras. Union City is located just west of Oklahoma City, home to the Love’s headquarters.
