Part of winter life in Minnesota is ice fishing, which for many means driving their car or pickup out onto one of many frozen lakes to spend the day in their icehouse. It usually does not mean having the day’s fishing interrupted by a tractor-trailer joining them. But, a trucker followed his GPS’s directions out onto Lake Minnetonka near Deephaven, Minnesota Saturday, Feb. 23. The lucky, and unidentified, driver is said to have been pulled to an area where they could drive off the lake. He was trying to make a delivery to a local resident.
