Shocking? Surprising? Distressing? All of those and you can also call it criminal. The driver of this pickup actually thought it was a good idea to have a horse standing unsecured in the back of a pickup truck as he drove down the highway in Corrigan, Texas reportedly at about 55 mph. Needless to say, the video shot March 9 went viral and the cops went after him. Seems as though the driver of the pickup is facing animal cruelty charges.
