Still from dash cam shows Nevada Highway Patrol trooper dodging cans and bottles of beer on I-15.A routine traffic stop turned into a dangerous shower of beer for one Nevada state trooper earlier this week. And it was all caught on a dash cam. Trooper Travis Smaka stopped a vehicle and was asking its occupants if they had been drinking when a passing truck loaded with cans and bottles of beer lost its load. Smaka described the scene to KSNV, “Well, over 1,000 pounds of beer shattering and a tidal wave of beer coming at me.” The mishap occurred on I-15 in Las Vegas. No one was injured.
